Dental guarantees are often overlooked when deciding treatment options, which clinic to choose and calculating the total treatment cost. It is very important to understand what the financial and health risks are after your dental treatment has been completed. It is also one of the important factor sthat differentiates well-established and long-term sustainable clinics from others.


Our Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

In case of any problem during the guarantee period, we will also pay for your flights to the value of €150. Hotel accommodation is also provided for the necessary duration for the remedial work.

Only a dental clinic that has experienced specialist dental team working to the highest standards can offer these guarantee terms.

Note: Temporary work/fixes and temporary materials are not included.


The Guarantee will be reduced or becomes null:

  • If the post treatment instruction is not followed
  • If general oral hygiene is neglected
  • If the patient does not have a routine dental check-up and professional cleaning at least once a year (Invoices required)
  • If the dentists' instructions are not followed
  • If removable restorations such as partial or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
  • If gum tissue or bone recedes
  • In the event of accidental damage
  • If a substantial gain or loss of weight occurs
  • If there is a general illness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy)

 

Dentart is not liable for any problem which was not visible on the patient's x-ray and was not foreseeable or predictable at the time of treatment at Dentart.
